Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
ViaDrug ("we", "us") is operated by Amr Khaled Abdelkader. Contact: amr63761763@gmail.com.
2. What we process
- Search terms. The drug names you type are sent to our API to return results.
- Technical data. Our hosting infrastructure automatically processes your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages and timestamps, for delivery, security and abuse prevention.
- Browser storage. Your theme (light/dark), language choice and your acknowledgment of these terms are saved in your browser. They stay on your device and are not used for tracking.
- Messages. If you contact us, we keep your message and email address to reply.
3. Third-party services
Our site loads resources from Google Fonts, jsDelivr, the Tailwind CDN and 3Dmol.org. Your browser connects to them directly, so they may receive your IP address and browser information under their own policies. The site is hosted on Vercel and our drug database runs on Neon. The database contains drug data, not visitors' personal data.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We currently use no analytics and no advertising cookies. We plan to show advertising in the future. Before enabling any advertising or analytics service that uses cookies or similar technologies, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
5. Why we use data
To operate and secure the website, fix problems, understand overall usage, answer your messages and comply with the law.
6. Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, or when the law requires. Providers may process data on servers outside Egypt.
7. Retention
Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operation, under our providers' settings. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request.
8. Your rights
Under the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and other applicable laws, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing. Write to amr63761763@gmail.com.
9. Children
ViaDrug is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.

2. ما الذي نعالجه
- مصطلحات البحث. أسماء الأدوية التي تكتبها تُرسل إلى واجهتنا البرمجية لعرض النتائج.
- البيانات التقنية. تعالج البنية الاستضافية لدينا تلقائيًا عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح والجهاز والصفحات المطلوبة وأوقات الطلبات، لأغراض التشغيل والأمان ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
- تخزين المتصفح. يُحفظ اختيارك للمظهر (فاتح/داكن) واللغة وإقرارك بهذه الشروط في متصفحك. تبقى على جهازك ولا تُستخدم للتتبع.
- الرسائل. إذا راسلتنا فنحتفظ برسالتك وبريدك للرد عليك.
3. خدمات الأطراف الثالثة
يحمّل موقعنا موارد من Google Fonts وjsDelivr وTailwind CDN وموقع 3Dmol.org. يتصل متصفحك بها مباشرة، وقد تستلم عنوان IP ومعلومات المتصفح وفق سياساتها الخاصة. يُستضاف الموقع على Vercel وتعمل قاعدة بياناتنا الدوائية على Neon، وهي تحوي بيانات الأدوية لا البيانات الشخصية للزوار.
4. ملفات الارتباط والتحليلات والإعلانات
لا نستخدم حاليًا أي أدوات تحليل ولا ملفات ارتباط إعلانية. ننوي عرض إعلانات مستقبلًا، وقبل تفعيل أي خدمة إعلانية أو تحليلية تستخدم ملفات الارتباط أو تقنيات مشابهة سنحدّث هذه السياسة، ونطلب موافقتك حيث يلزم ذلك.
5. لماذا نستخدم البيانات
لتشغيل الموقع وتأمينه، وإصلاح المشكلات، وفهم الاستخدام العام، والرد على رسائلك، والالتزام بالقانون.
6. المشاركة والنقل
لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمة الذين يساعدوننا في تشغيل الموقع، أو عندما يقتضي القانون ذلك. وقد يعالج المزوّدون البيانات على خوادم خارج مصر.
7. مدة الاحتفاظ
تُحفظ السجلات التقنية بالقدر اللازم للأمان والتشغيل وفق إعدادات مزوّدينا. وتُحفظ الرسائل بالقدر اللازم لمعالجة طلبك.
8. حقوقك
وفقًا لقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري (القانون رقم 151 لسنة 2020) والقوانين المعمول بها، يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو الاعتراض على معالجتها. راسلنا على amr63761763@gmail.com.
9. الأطفال
ViaDrug غير موجَّه للأطفال، ولا نجمع عمدًا بياناتهم الشخصية.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ويبيّن التاريخ في أعلى الصفحة آخر نسخة.
