Terms of Use
1. The service
ViaDrug is an informational reference that connects trade names in the Egyptian market to active ingredients, scientific information and structural data. It is provided for education and research only. Please read the Medical Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the website for personal, educational and research purposes. You agree not to:
- overload, disrupt or attempt to break the website or its API, including automated scraping at a rate that affects other users;
- bypass technical limits or security measures;
- copy or republish our compiled dataset as your own, or resell it, without written permission;
- use the website in a way that is unlawful or that harms others.
3. Intellectual property
All rights in ViaDrug, including the website, its source code, its compiled and processed database (including our selection, arrangement, filtering and modifications), design, texts, name and logo, are owned by and reserved to Amr Khaled Abdelkader. You may not copy, extract, republish, resell or create derivative works from them without his prior written permission. The source code is available only under the terms of the DrugNexus Source-Available License, which does not permit commercial use.
The exceptions are third-party components, which remain under their own licenses: scientific data from external databases, the original open dataset our Egyptian market data builds on, photographs from Pixabay, and open-source libraries. See Data Sources.
4. Third-party links and advertising
The website links to external resources and may display advertisements. We do not control or endorse them. See our Advertising Policy.
5. No warranty
The website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or its data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Changes and suspension
We may change the website or these terms, or suspend the service, at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent courts of Cairo have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.

شروط الاستخدام
1. الخدمة
ViaDrug مرجع معلوماتي يربط الأسماء التجارية في السوق المصري بالمواد الفعّالة والمعلومات العلمية والبيانات البنيوية. وهو مقدَّم للتعليم والبحث فقط. يرجى قراءة إخلاء المسؤولية الطبي فهو جزء من هذه الشروط.
2. الاستخدام المقبول
يمكنك استخدام الموقع لأغراض شخصية وتعليمية وبحثية. وتوافق على ألا:
- تُرهق الموقع أو واجهته البرمجية أو تعطّلهما أو تحاول اختراقهما، ومنه السحب الآلي للبيانات بمعدل يؤثر على المستخدمين الآخرين؛
- تتجاوز القيود التقنية أو إجراءات الأمان؛
- تنسخ مجموعة بياناتنا المجمَّعة أو تعيد نشرها باسمك أو تبيعها دون إذن كتابي؛
- تستخدم الموقع بطريقة مخالفة للقانون أو تضر بالآخرين.
3. الملكية الفكرية
جميع الحقوق في ViaDrug، ومنها الموقع وشيفرته المصدرية وقاعدة بياناته المجمَّعة والمعالَجة (بما في ذلك اختيارنا وترتيبنا وتصفيتنا وتعديلاتنا) وتصميمه ونصوصه واسمه وشعاره، مملوكة ومحفوظة لـ عمرو خالد عبدالقادر (Amr Khaled Abdelkader). ولا يجوز لك نسخها أو استخراجها أو إعادة نشرها أو بيعها أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة منها دون إذنه الكتابي المسبق. والشيفرة المصدرية متاحة فقط بموجب رخصة DrugNexus Source-Available License التي لا تسمح بالاستخدام التجاري.
ويُستثنى من ذلك المكوّنات التابعة لجهات أخرى، وتبقى خاضعة لتراخيصها الخاصة: البيانات العلمية من قواعد البيانات الخارجية، ومجموعة البيانات المفتوحة الأصلية التي بنينا عليها بيانات السوق المصري، والصور المأخوذة من Pixabay، والمكتبات مفتوحة المصدر. راجع مصادر البيانات.
4. الروابط الخارجية والإعلانات
يحتوي الموقع على روابط لموارد خارجية وقد يعرض إعلانات. لا نتحكم فيها ولا نزكّيها. راجع سياسة الإعلانات.
5. عدم وجود ضمان
يُقدَّم الموقع "كما هو" و"حسب التوفر" دون أي ضمانات، ومنها الدقة والاكتمال والتوفر والملاءمة لغرض معين، وذلك في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون.
6. حدود المسؤولية
في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسارة أو ضرر ينشأ عن استخدامك الموقع أو بياناته أو الاعتماد عليها. ولا يستبعد أي نص هنا مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها قانونًا.
7. التعديل والإيقاف
يجوز لنا تعديل الموقع أو هذه الشروط أو إيقاف الخدمة في أي وقت. واستمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التعديل يعني قبولك له.
8. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص بها المحاكم المختصة في القاهرة، دون الإخلال بأي حقوق إلزامية للمستهلك.
